sleepytime does not collect personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to, your name, contact number, location address, email address or payment information, unless you explicitly provide it.

However, we do collect product usage data. This consists of non-personally identifiable information that relates to the use of our app, inclusive but not limited to the features used, time spent on the app, and any problems or errors encountered. This minimal data collection is required to improve the overall functionality of our app and enhance your user experience. By using the sleepytime website or mobile app, you consent to the collection of this data.

2. Use of Information:

The non-personally identifiable product usage data collected is used for the sole purpose of improving the sleepytime app. We use this data to analyze usage trends, identify and fix technical issues, improve user interfaces, and refine the overall user experience.

The aggregated, de-identified data that we collect cannot be used to personally identify any individual user, ensuring the utmost protection of your privacy.

While no digital platform can guarantee 100% secure data protection, atsleepytime we strive to protect your information to the best of our ability. We implement various security measures at different levels to ensure data safety. The collected information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized personnel.

4. Data Retention and Deletion:

We retain anonymous product usage data only for as long as it is needed to provide and improve the sleepytime app. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is either deleted or further de-identified. Crash and error reports are retained for up to 90 days. Any information you explicitly provide (for example, when contacting support or submitting feedback) is retained only for as long as needed to respond to your request and comply with our legal obligations, and is then deleted.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing data@sleepytime.cc or by visiting our data deletion page. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Because most of the data we collect is anonymous and cannot be tied back to an individual user, deletion requests apply to any personally identifiable information you have shared with us (such as support correspondence) and to any device-level identifiers we can match to your request.

You can also stop further data collection at any time by uninstalling the app.
